LISA: OOLOO CLOTHING t-shirt, MASS' suspenders, BCBG MENDEL wedges, CUSTOM frames

MASS: OOLOO CLOTHING t-shirt, CESARE PACIOTTI jacket, NICO DIDONNA trousers

Being a native Canadian, I am always on the lookout for the newest clothing lines to debut on the market. Being a girl who loves the classic t-shirt and jeans look, it's no surprise that when OOLOO CLOTHING, hailing from TO, displayed their first line, I was hooked. T-shirts require a lot more attention than we give them credit for. You don't want them to cling, you need the perfect loose but not too loose shape, and you don't want them so short you're reviving the 90's. Above all, you want it to have a message.

Ooloo's msges caught my eye as being slightly quirky (which I love) and just subtle enough that only the cleverest of minds will decipher. Kinda like 'ooloo' (note the hidden msg).

Ooloo sent Mass and I a couple of their shirts and I gotta admit, pretty genius. In addition, their tees fit well with all the requirements of a proper fit. Check out their site.

Genius right? I wouldn't say it if it weren't true.

In Verona ATM boarding back to Sardinia for a few days before Sicily. See you soon!

NICO DI DONNA dress/vest (shown last here, AA dress, BCBG belt, SHANGHAI purse, ASOS shoes, BREAKFAST CLUB tea

Mentioned previously, here is another method of wearing the same vest/dress. I know it's not dramatically different, but I needed an excuse to re-post this awesome piece.

We went to check out some vintage furniture for my 'closet' room on Sat and where better than the Camden Passage market. Of course I didn't find what I was looking for but I did find a super heavy and long necklace at a street vendor who did not know the name of the artist she sold but that he was Parisian. Above are his other pieces. The pain in your neck is worth it.

(Apologies for the smaller sized photos. I seemed to have resized them with the wrong dimensions)

LISA: NICO DIDONNA vest/dress, J BRAND jeans, INDEPENDENT STORE IN HK shirt, AA belt, NINE WEST shoes

MASS: PRADA jacket, MARITHE FRANCOIS GIRBAUD shirt, NICO DIDONNA trousers, LARDINI loafers, ETRO pocket square, PERSOL glasses

To put it bluntly, the weather in London has been crap. These photos were shot at the peak of the afternoon and I could've done with another sweater. While everyone is saying how much they want to wear all the new fall collections, I'm living proof that you can.

We stopped by our favourite designer and store, Nico Didonna, last Saturday and picked up this dress/vest. I envisaged so many ways in wearing it that the next post will also showcase a different method. All about the staple pieces.

BARON Y skirt (posted here), H&M shirt, FENTON necklace, GUCCI shoes

Sincere apologies for neglecting this blog for the past week or so; got caught up with real life! It's not to say that I didn't keep you in mind, I took plenty of pics along the way.

The first night I got back I surprised everyone and myself by staying up past 11pm (4am GMT). One of my most favourite things to do (in life) is get ppl together. I think a nice Chinese dinner always suits perfectly since it comes in a round table form. Post dinner came the soju at Yonge & Finch (secondary K-town in TO) and though I'm not a great drinker, I still had myself a great time. It was probably the company.

Took the occasion to wear my new skirt from Paris and I am still in love with it. It has so much volume without a tulle! These Guccis also made a debut because they were neglected and left at my parents place for the past 8 months. They're happily in London now.

Now that I'm back from hiatus, more to come...I promise. Thanks for the msges/emails! I truly appreciate your concern and feedback.

BCBG dress, PRADA shoes

The bride and groom held a sweet little brunch for the remaining guests at their quaint French village resort where their wedding was held. A nice breath of fresh air from the city (both London and Paris). Couldn't resist capturing a few pics before we went back.

Dress was bought last summer with my mom and sister on our shopping trip in NY. The victorian neckline speaks for itself and the skirt volume was just an added bonus. Black in the middle of summer has never been so appealing.

Speaking of appealing, I'll be back in my hometown Toronto tmr for a few days. Can't wait to show you pics of where I call home. Have a fabulous weekend.

LISA: ANDY THE-ANH dress, CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN lady gres shoes, LOUIS VUITTON african queen purse, VINTAGE bracelet, CARTIER watch

MASS: CUSTOM MADE IN SHANGHAI suit, ETRO tie and pocket square, CAMPANILE shoes

Over the weekend we made a trip to Paris, subsequently followed by a trip to a small town close to Champagne for a wedding. I bought this dress last summer but haven't had a chance to wear it until now. The designer is a well-liked Canadian designer Andy The-Anh based in Montreal. Designs are typically very classic but with a slight edge. One day I will post another dress by him which I think is his signature, gives you curves like you wouldn't believe.

Mass and I rarely, if at all, match for a wedding/any other event that requires us to be semi-formalish. In fact, I think the contrast of his purple based etro tie and my bland yellow go very nicely together. What do you think?
